<p style="text-align:justify;">The ministery of <a class="zem_slink" title="Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (Netherlands)" href="http://www.government.nl/ministries/ocw" target="_blank" rel="homepage">Education, Culture and Science</a> (Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (OCW)) gave the approval to organise this event and it was organised by a special commitee under the direction of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Krajicek" target="_blank">Richard Krajicek</a>. The <a href="http://www.cruyff-foundation.org/" target="_blank">Johan Cruyff Foundation</a> and the <a href="http://www.krajicek.nl/" target="_blank">Richard Krajicek Foundation</a> are responsible for the whole coordination.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">All the primary schools in the <a class="zem_slink" title="Netherlands" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=52.3666666667,4.88333333333&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=52.3666666667,4.88333333333 (Netherlands)&amp;t=h" target="_blank" rel="geolocation">Netherlands</a> and the caribbean part of the kingdom are participating.  The <em>Koningsspelen</em> is a very <a href="http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Talk:gezellig" target="_blank"><em>gezellig</em></a> day for all the children in the Dutch primary schools. The whole week was <em>Sportweek</em>, where several sportevents and competitions for children took place and today the children will have sport competitions, play several Dutch games, dance Dutch dances, sing Dutch songs, and also have a very special and healthy breakfast, the <a href="http://koningsspelen.nl/koningsontbijt/" target="_blank"><em>Koningsontbijt</em></a>.</p>
<article>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Every school is free to choose how to celebrate the Koningsspelen, but they are asked to do this in a very creative manner. And those schools who have the most creative setup may have the chance to meet <a href="http://koningsspelen.nl/koningsuitdaging/" target="_blank">King Willem-Alexander and Maxima</a> after the 30th of April&#8230;</p>
<p>Both, Willem-Alexander and Maxima are <a href="http://www.telegraaf.nl/troonsafstand-beatrix/21516790/__De_Koningsspelen_zijn_begonnen__.html" target="_blank">visiting several schools</a> today to meet the children.</p>
