Thank you, Anna Rose for your comment. I didn&#039;t have younger siblings but I always enjoyed reading to others. – I observed that when my kids started to read by themselves I stopped reading to them, probably as a natural consequence of realizing that they are independent readers now? But I also noticed that every time I read something aloud, even if it was only a short newspaper article, they would eagerly listening. I keep on reading to them and to my husband too because I&#039;m convinced that it really helps not only to comprehend the language(s) but also to generally foster our conversations.]]></description>
